How does the dynamic content get generated, and how do you guarantee the accuracy of the content quality?

The quality of our (multilingual) content is one of the differentiators that sets us apart. We maintain the highest standards in 3 ways:

  • We have a multi-stage content generation process (vs just model prompting) that uses multiple in-house models that are e-commerce focused. The generated content is genuine and differentiated.

  • We have a rigorous quality assurance process that leverages a human-in-the-loop setup, where our team of linguists performs checks on the generated content; any feedback is captured and fed back to our models.

  • Our system constantly monitors the performance of the content based on user interactions; high performing content is reinforced and low performing content is replaced on the fly.

How do you make sure that your generation models don’t ‘hallucinate’?

In our content generation pipeline (mentioned above), we have a fact extraction step exactly to address issues like hallucination. The fact extraction step is deterministic and goes through an iterative verification process using the chain of thoughts method. In the generation step we force the model to include only information from the extracted facts.

Does the new content affect SEO ranking?

Yes, in a positive way. The new content is indeed seen by search bots including Google. Many websites nowadays rely on client side rendering, or what is called "hydration," where the content is added after the main skeleton of the page is loaded. The new content also improves the search engine ranking by improving page performance metrics monitored by search engines, like the bounce rate.

How do you measure the performance impact of your products?

We measure the performance of our solution using a randomized A/B test by splitting the traffic into control and treatment groups. We keep the qeen solution on for the treatment group, and off for the control group.

What about data privacy?

Our data collection and measurement is completely cookieless and transparent. We can customize this process based on client needs and user preferences.  

What are the integration options for your products?

Our solution can be integrated on the frontend in a no-code and minimal effort approach through a JavaScript code snippet. Alternatively, our solutions can be integrated using our SDKs on the frontend or backend.
